Your team at Aroga is comprised of psychiatrists, clinical social workers, and professional counselors whose cumulative experience represents almost a half a century. Our clinicians have been trained in the most modern and state-of-the-art techniques at some of the finest institutions. Our Medical Director, Edward Bilotti, MD — who founded Aroga in 1999 — has personally assembled this team of expert clinicians. Dr. Bilotti was born and raised in New Jersey and is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine, one of America's top medical schools. With this group's level of training and experience — under Dr. Bilotti's direction — you can be sure you will receive the highest quality behavioral health diagnosis and treatment available in the Princeton Area today. Mitchell Douglas, LCSW

Mitchell Douglas, LCSWMitchell Douglas, MSSA, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker providing counseling and psychotherapy with individuals, couples, families, and groups. His eclectic approach utilizes psychodynamic theories from the object relations and self psychology schools as well as perspectives and strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy.

Mitchell received his Master's degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and completed additional training at the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health in New York City.

In the past he has taught graduate courses at New York University's School of Social Work and served in executive management positions with community-based mental health agencies.

In addition to his work at Aroga he directs a countywide crisis service serving children and families operated by University Behavioral HealthCare at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
