Mitchell Douglas, LCSWMitchell Douglas, MSSA, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker providing counseling and psychotherapy with individuals, couples, families, and groups. His eclectic approach utilizes psychodynamic theories from the object relations and self psychology schools as well as perspectives and strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy.

Mitchell received his Master's degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and completed additional training at the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health in New York City. In the past he has taught graduate courses at New York University's School of Social Work and served in executive management positions with community-based mental health agencies.

In addition to his work at Aroga he directs a countywide crisis service serving children and families operated by University Behavioral HealthCare at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
